¡Votado!

Today, Michigan sent us the absentee ballots for the US election in November, via email. Not to lose any time, we printed, filled them in, and stuffed them, plus proof of signatures, into two envelopes, addressed to our City Clerk in Michigan, as instructed in the paperwork. They have to go back to Michigan in paper, no email or fax allowed.

Searching for the post office, we found this building. The post office sign was ripped off, you can still see part of the pigeon with an envelope in the beak. That probably happened during hurricane Odile in 2014, which also destroyed the old yacht-club and much more during it's track along the Baja peninsular.

Why the rush? It takes time for (registered) mail to get from here to there..
