We had a wonderful time in the Bahamas. but is wasn't just "vacation". The couple of months were also meant to test boat, equipment and crew for future voyages.
The equipment breakages on the Atlantic can be fixed, not a problem. Better now, than later somewhere far away.
Crew: We wouldn't call the time on the Atlantic "Great Times", but "Good Experience", and a confidence builder. It was good training. More importantly, communications and actions went well, not much yelling, lots of coordinated work. We are in good spirits because we learned, again, we can rely on each other: We CAN do this, we work well together, especially when it gets more difficult.
